According to ISC Research, there are 119 international schools and preschools in Vietnam. International education in Vietnam has become more popular due to the introduction of Decree 86 by the Vietnamese government in 2018. In this decree, the quota of the enrolment of local children in international schools was revised to 50%. This quota revision has increased the demand for international education in Vietnam and has transformed the country into a market for opening new international schools.
