Education Destination Malaysia: Guide to International & Private Schools is the official publication of the Private & International School Fairs in Malaysia organised by Mint Communications.
Since the quota for Malaysian students in international schools was lifted in 2012, Malaysian parents are beginning to explore the option of sending their children to international schools.
Therefore, there was a need to have a fair that focused solely on bringing together private and international schools in one location in order for parents to find out more about educational options in these schools. Furthermore, there is a growing expatriate community in Malaysia who want quality education for their children.
These fairs aim to provide the ideal platform for schools to meet with parents, and for parents to find a suitable school for their children in three strategic locations: Kuala Lumpur, Penang and Johor.
A major advantage of visiting the fair is that parents will be able to meet with representatives, including principals and teachers, from these schools, and compare curriculum, fees, and facilities among others, and find a suitable school for their children, at one central and convenient location.
They will be able to meet representatives from many schools in one location during the fair. When parents find a suitable school during the fair, they can then pay the school a visit. This will save time and effort.
Our recent fair took place in Kuala Lumpur on 22 & 23 June 2019 at the Mid Valley Exhibition Centre.

Visitors will also be able to get a copy of the Education Destination Malaysia: Guide to International & Private Schools during these fairs.
Everyone was very cooperative and ready to give us as much information as required. It was also very well organised.
A one-stop location for school comparison and getting to know what these schools have to offer.
Strategic location, good positions of school booths, and friendly teachers and representatives from different schools.
I like meeting students from the schools and hearing them talk about their experiences at school.
The environment is comfortable and child-friendly.I like everything!I like that the fair was vibrant and alive. It was good to see so many interested parents wanting a better education for their children.
The fair promotes quality education and parents can learn about the various schools available. Good location and timing as well as good promotion of the fair through different mediums.
The fair is useful to parents who are planning their children's education. The fair was also well-planned and positive. Looking forward to the continuation of this fair every year.
A great place to meet with teachers and better understand the international school system.
