A British-based curriculum in international schools is often designed to provide a rigorous and well-rounded education, with a focus on developing critical thinking, problem-solving, and independent skills. Apart from the IGCSE examinations, some international schools also offer the International Baccalaureate (IB) programme to strengthen their offerings. The IB programme is split into four offerings for students in the age groups specifies – the Primary Years Programme (PYP) for ages three to 12, the Middle Years Programme (MYP) for ages 11 to 16, the Diploma Programme (DP) for ages 16 to 19, and the Careers-Related Programme for ages 16 to 19. Each of these programmes stands on its own merits. Students do not need to complete the PYP and MYP to study for the IB Diploma.

The school offers both the British and Thai curricula for students in nursery to secondary school levels. Students in Years 7,10 and 13 will sit for the Ordinary National Educational Test (ONet) examination which is required in the Thai curriculum. The student will then later have the option to progress in one of the three offered pathways which encompasses Pathway 1 (Thai general track, 2 A level subjects, IELTS), Pathway 2 (Thai science track, 2 A level subjects, IELTS) and Pathway 3 (International track, Global perspective A level).
2. Anglo Singapore International School
The school was first established in 2003 in Sukhumvit 31. A second campus was built in 2012 in Sukhumvit 64. The Sukhumvit 31 campus offers preschool and primary school levels whereas the Sukhumvit 64 campus offers preschool to pre-university levels. Students have the opportunity to complete a two-year Junior College programme to prepare them for university. Anglo Singapore International School’s education is based on the British and Singaporean Curriculum with an emphasis on Mandarin. Students sit for the IGCSE and A Level examinations.
5. Bangkok International Preparatory & Secondary School
The British Curriculum is offered at Bangkok Prep leading to the IGCSE and A Level examinations. Established in 2003, the school accepts students from Early Years to Sixth Form levels. Bangkok Prep’s primary campus is located in Sukhumvit 53 while the secondary campus is located in Sukhumvit 74.
Running for over 60 years, Bangkok Patana School welcomes students from ages 2 to 18, offering them the British curriculum and the IBDP. The school offers an extensive support system for their students in providing extended learning to their students who need assistance after class or school hours, English as an Additional Language (EAL) programmes, counselling and pastoral support for students who need assistance in life skills, social and emotional health and more.
8. Brighton College Bangkok (BCB)

9. British International School
Established in 1996, British International School Phuket is a co-educational day and boarding school accommodating students ages two to 18 years old. The British Curriculum is offered leading up to the IGCSE examinations. Students can sit for the IB Diploma Programme at pre-university level. Boarding is provided to Year 4 to Year 13 students.
10. Bromsgrove International School Thailand
The school was initially established as Windsor International School in 2002. Two years later, it became affiliated with Bromsgrove School UK and is now known as Bromsgrove International School Thailand. Students are taught the British Curriculum leading up to the IGCSE and A Level examinations. Bromsgrove International School Thailand is open to students aged two to 18 years old. Flexi-boarding, weekly boarding and full boarding are offered at the school.
11. Charter International School
Located in the East of Bangkok, Charter International School offers the British curriculum to their students ages 3 – 18 years. The school offers the IGCSE and A Level examinations. English Language Support (ELS) classes are available to primary and secondary students who require additional assistance in learning English.
13. Glory Singapore International School (GSIS)
GSIS in Sukhumvit, offers the Singapore and British curriculum to their students in nursery through Grade 12. Classes are conducted in three languages – English, Thai and Chinese with emphasis on both academic and personal development.
15. HeadStart International School
The British Curriculum and Cambridge International Curriculum are offered at HeadStart International School to students aged two to 18 years old. Established in 2005, the school has more than 800 students. Secondary school students sit for the IGCSE examinations while A Levels and Business and Technology Education Council (BTEC) qualifications are offered at pre-university level. Students at HeadStart International School have the opportunity to learn French, Mandarin, Russian and Thai.
16. Heathfield International School

17. International Pioneers School (IPS)
At IPS students from ages 3 to 16 years follow the British curriculum leading up to the IGCSE and A Level examination.
